The Behavioral Health Program Director provides leadership, supervision (clinical and billing), and oversight of clinical services within the substance use disorder and co-occurring treatment program. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment services in compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
The Behavioral Health Program Director provides direct supervision to clinicians, ensures treatment plans and all documentation meets clinical and regulatory requirements, and promotes best practices in substance use and mental health treatment.
