Position Summary:
n
The HVAC and Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing HVAC services and assisting with other skilled trades. It is the job of the HVAC and Maintenance Technician to identify repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment and ensuring that tools and materials are available. The HVAC and Maintenance Technician will also perform maintenance duties as necessary, including preventative maintenance, repair and the completion of work orders on a daily basis as well as other duties as necessary to advance the mission and goals of the College.
