Primary Purpose
The Director of Assessment & Accreditation role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and support assessment and continuous improvement in a collaborative and engaged culture of undergraduate and graduate programs at the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development (FSEHD). The Director of Assessment and Accreditation utilizeslarge data sets to drive program improvement and supports FSEHD faculty and professional staff with assessment processes and documentation required for state and national accreditation. Working closely with the FSEHD Dean, the Director of Assessment and Accreditation supports grant and research related activities. The Director's work advances the FSEHD mission through data-informed practices centered on equity, access, and quality.

Education: Earned master's or doctorate in Education, assessment and evaluation, statistics, or related field with relevant experience.

Position Details
FLSA Exempt Salary Grade 15NC Full Time / Part Time Full-time Proposed Starting Salary Range $85,000-$98,000 Work Schedule
