As the Director of Architecture, youll guide the creative and operational direction of the firms healthcare portfolio. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and offers significant visibility within the firms executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and technical delivery of major healthcare architecture projects, ensuring alignment with clinical objectives and design standards.
- Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects, planners, and designers.
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to define strategic design goals and translate them into innovative, functional solutions.
- Integrate evidence-based design, sustainability, and emerging technologies into every phase of project work.
- Support business development efforts and strengthen firm visibility within the healthcare design and DFW market.
- Maintain quality, schedule, and budget performance across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (RA) with at least 10 years of experience in healthcare architecture.
- Proven record of leading large-scale healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Deep understanding of healthcare codes, operational flows, and patient-centered design.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Revit strongly preferred.
- Existing network and familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth healthcare market highly advantageous.
