Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural team in developing innovative design concepts
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of architectural projects

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional architect license
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
