  • Ensure reporting meets the needs of leadership, funders, and program teams.
  • Evaluate report requests for redundancy and decision relevance before allocating team resources.
Data Storytelling
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Develop presentations and reports that connect data to impact.
  • Adjust the level of technical detail to match the audience, from board members to program staff.
Dashboard Strategy
  • Lead development and maintenance of dashboards used across the organization.
  • Ensure dashboards stay accurate, accessible, and aligned with KPIs.
  • Retire or consolidate underused dashboards to maintain an efficient reporting environment.
Evaluation Leadership
  • Lead program evaluation efforts, including design and analysis.
  • Partner with program teams to assess outcomes and inform continuous improvement.
  • Design evaluations capable of assessing program effectiveness, not solely implementation.
Research & Analysis
  • Lead research and analysis that informs strategic decisions.
  • Stay current on relevant benchmarks and best practices in the sector.
  • Identify and communicate when available data is insufficient to support a leadership decision.
Stakeholder Reporting Leadership
  • Lead performance reporting for internal leadership and external funders and district partners.
  • Own the timeline and quality of all required stakeholder reporting, with support from the Analytics & Reporting Specialist and Business Systems Data operations
  • Build reporting templates that can be adapted across funders with differing requirements.
Who We're Looking For
  • 5 or more years of experience in analytics, evaluation, or related data work, including team or project leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, social science research, or a related field.
  • Experience with dashboard and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating data to non-technical audiences.
It's a plus if you have:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with program evaluation in education or workforce development settings.
  • Experience managing funder or grant reporting requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Promotes a culture of learning, innovation, and ongoing improvement to strengthen impact and effectiveness.
  • Executive Presence & Influence: Builds trust and credibility while effectively communicating with staff, board members, funders, and community leaders.
  • Talent Development: Develops high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, succession planning, and leadership growth.
