Hasbro's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform connects fans worldwide through seamless, intelligent, and data-driven digital commerce experiences. As Director of Analytics, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution that transform data into insights powering business growth, fan engagement, and operational excellence. You will build the unified analytics foundation that enables Hasbro's DTC-as-a-Service (DTCaaS) model, delivering shared infrastructure, standardized measurement, and actionable intelligence across Pulse, D&D Beyond, and future brand storefronts. This role blends strategic leadership with technical depth to ensure our data capabilities scale with the business and elevate fan experience, product performance, and operational efficiency. You will champion enterprise-wide data literacy, foster a culture of data-informed decision-making, and establish clear ROI frameworks to measure and communicate the impact of analytics investments.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $195,900.00 to $293,900.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
