Responsibilities:

This nurse leadership role will give you the chance to impact some of the most vulnerable patients in the country.

 

As a core member of the ambulatory operations leadership team for St. Chris, the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Services is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes safety and well-being of all patients through oversight of clinical/nursing staff and clinical operations. The Director of Ambulatory Clinical Services plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates all aspects of ambulatory clinical services.

 

Administrative activities include fiscal, material, and human resource oversight, management, and recommendation. The Director participates in the development and implementation of SCPA policies and procedures and maintains open communication with all staff and physicians to promote performance improvement and consistency of care across the continuum.

Qualifications:
  • Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.
  • Current or prior pediatric clinical services leadership experience is required. Relevant pediatric inpatient and outpatient experience will be considered. 
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, relationship building, communication, organization, and change management skills.
  • Relevant master's degree. 
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
