Director of Aggregate Parts

About the Role:

The Director of Aggregate Parts plays a pivotal role in overseeing the procurement, management, and distribution of aggregate materials essential to construction projects across the United States. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the aggregate materials industry.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading complex supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of aggregate materials, construction industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
• Familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices and environmental regulations in construction.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for sourcing and managing aggregate parts to support construction operations.
