Your job is to help them succeed in business and feel they belong here. You will be the person a brand-new agent walks toward when they are overwhelmedand the person a top producer seeks out when they need a resource, solution, or direction.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Agent Onboarding & Support
- Facilitate new agent onboarding and orientation
- Help agents learn contracts, listings, closings, systems and transaction processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for agent questions
- Manage agent transitions and exits from all systems
- Promote agent accomplishments and recognition
Training & Coaching
- Teach weekly How-To workshops
- Facilitate new agent orientations
- Coordinate and promote office training classes
- Help ensure agents attend training
- Support new agents through their first 90 days
- Hold monthly new agent masterminds
Recruiting Support
- Support the Team Leader with recruiting processes
- Manage recruiting leads and follow-up systems
- Schedule recruiting appointments
- Promote career nights and career events
- Coordinate and host career day events
Technology & Communication
- Maintain the office training calendar
- Send office communications and announcements
- Support vendor and partner relationships
- Assist with marketing for events and trainings
Requirements
Preferred:
- Real estate industry experience
- Familiarity with Keller Williams systems and processes
- Training or teaching experience
