As the Director of Agent Communication, you are the heartbeat of our office - the first impression, the voice behind our message, and the connector of people and purpose. From the front desk to our social platforms, you create a warm, professional atmosphere while leading communication and marketing that energizes our culture and empowers our agents. In this dynamic, dual-impact role, youll play a key part in shaping the agent experience, strengthening our brand, and ensuring our community feels informed, supported, and connected every step of the way. This position is central to the success of our Market Center, blending high-level administrative support with strategic communication, training, and marketing leadership. The Director of Agent Communications will be responsible for supporting up to 200 Agents and the leadership team.
Salary Range: $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Agent Success (Onboarding, Support & Training)
Onboarding & Orientation: facilitate new agent intake, lead new agent orientation, and manage agent transition and exit processes.
Recruiting Support: partner with the Team Leader to attract new agents and oversee the KSCORE new agent program
Training Calendar: manage the market center training calendar and recruit to attendance
Administrative & Operational Support
Serve as the first point of contact for agents, clients, and guests: answer phones, greet guests, and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain the office roster, support event coordination, and supply organization
Support vendor and alliance partner programs
Support agents and leadership team with miscellaneous marketing and communication tasks
Marketing & Branding
Create and manage content for social media channels and email campaigns; distribute daily, weekly, and monthly communications (newsletters, event invites, updates)
Design flyers, signage, and basic graphics (using Canva or similar platforms); assist with photography and content capture during events and trainings
Collaborate with leadership to promote training, events, and agent recognition (celebrate milestones, production and cultural contributions
Qualifications:
1+ years experience in marketing, communications, admin, or hospitality preferred Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and basic social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinedIn
