About SDLG North America

SDLG is a global manufacturer of construction equipment, delivering reliable wheel loaders, excavators, and heavy equipment solutions worldwide. As SDLG North America continues expanding its dealer network and aftermarket support infrastructure, we are seeking a hands-on leader to help build and manage our North American aftermarket parts operations, logistics systems, warehouse processes, and dealer support functions.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing scalable aftermarket operations that improve dealer satisfaction, parts availability, inventory accuracy, customer uptime, and operational efficiency across North America. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to establish operational excellence from the ground up while helping shape the future of SDLG’s North American aftermarket business.

Position Overview

The Director of Aftermarket Parts & Distribution is responsible for overseeing all North American parts warehouse operations, inventory control, dealer parts support, logistics coordination, supply chain development, and aftermarket operational processes for SDLG North America.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution and requires strong experience in OEM parts operations, warehouse management, dealer support, inventory systems, logistics coordination, and aftermarket operational leadership. The ideal candidate will help build the operational foundation necessary to support SDLG’s growing North American dealer network while improving dealer support, parts availability, operational accountability, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with dealers, logistics providers, warehouse personnel, suppliers, and SDLG’s global support teams to ensure efficient parts distribution, accurate inventory management, and industry-leading aftermarket support.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who is comfortable building scalable processes from scratch, working directly in warehouse operations when needed, and partnering closely with dealers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive measurable improvements in aftermarket performance.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced growth environments and is capable of building scalable operational systems, developing structure, and driving accountability across aftermarket operations.
