POSITION SUMMARY
LeTourneau University seeks a mission-driven and results-oriented Director of Admissions to provide strategic and operational leadership for undergraduate admissions operations and enrollment growth initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Admissions, the Director of Admissions leads the day-to-day management of the admissions counseling team while advancing institutional enrollment goals through relationship-centered recruitment strategies, data-informed decision-making, and exceptional service to prospective students and families.
The Director will play a key leadership role in strengthening partnerships with Athletics, Student Financial Services, and campus visit operations to create a seamless enrollment experience from inquiry through matriculation. This position is especially focused on helping students and families understand the value of a LeTourneau education through clear communication regarding affordability, financial aid, and return on investment.
As a senior member of the admissions leadership team, the Director contributes to the university's mission of developing Christian servant leaders while supporting LeTourneau's distinct identity as The Christian Polytechnic University.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Success in this role will be demonstrated through meaningful contributions to undergraduate enrollment growth, improved funnel conversion rates, and effective leadership of the admissions counseling team.
The Director of Admissions is expected to strengthen collaboration with Athletics, Student Financial Services, and visit operations while ensuring prospective students experience exceptional communication and personalized guidance.
The Director of Admissions will also be evaluated on staff development, operational efficiency, data informed leadership, and the ability to cultivate a welcoming admissions culture reflective of LeTourneau University's mission and values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY: Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
