Director of Admissions

Concord Preparatory School is seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Director of Admissions to lead local student recruitment and enrollment growth across Irvine and the greater Orange County area.


This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the full admissions funnel and building strong community connections to support sustained enrollment growth.


What You’ll Do
  • Lead the full admissions cycle: inquiry application enrollment matriculation
  • Develop and execute local recruitment strategies to increase enrollment
  • Build partnerships with local schools, enrichment programs, and parent communities
  • Represent the school at community events, fairs, and outreach initiatives
  • Plan and manage admissions events (open houses, campus tours, info sessions)
  • Partner with Marketing on locally targeted campaigns and messaging
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and improve conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Director of Admissions (Private high school preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience in local recruitment, community outreach, or school partnerships
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM and reporting experience
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Passion for education and commitment to student-centered engagement
