Qualifications:
Passionate desire to work with people, professional phone skills, attention to detail, and can quickly learn new skills
Proficient computer skills including data entry and computer navigation skills
Prior experience in medical billing or medical terminology helpful but not required
Prior customer service/representative experience required
Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders via phones, fax, and email within Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and limits
Process coordinating vendor purchase order for shipping customer orders
