We are hiring a Director in our New York City office.
About the Role:
You will serve as the day to day strategic lead on our most important accounts, managing high-stakes relationships with some of the country’s most prominent Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and advocacy organizations. In this role, you are more than an executor; you are a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for navigating complex client landscapes, delivering high-level strategic counsel, and identifying commercial opportunities to expand Applecart’s footprint within your accounts. You will work with a talented team of senior communications and public affairs professionals, digital marketing and media strategists, client associates, data scientists, and analysts who, together, drive outcomes for Applecart’s high-profile clients.

This is a hybrid role. Work from home or in the office on Monday and Friday, and in Applecart’s New York City office Tuesday through Thursday.
Compensation:
Our compensation package consists of three components: (i) a base salary, (ii) incentive cash compensation tied to revenue you generate, and (iii) generous equity compensation.
The total “on-target earnings” (i.e., base salary plus performance-based bonus) for this role is between $225,000.00 and $265,000.00, with a base salary range between $160,000.00 and $185,000.00, based on the candidates experience and skills relative to the requirements listed above. The salary range provided for this role is specific to candidates located in the New York City area.
