National Sales Director – Enterprise Accounts
Location: OPEN TO A FULLY REMOTE OPTION; Ideally would sit in Charlotte, NC or Frisco, Tx
Crete United is hiring a National Sales Director – Enterprise Accounts to play a critical role in driving revenue generation and supporting the continued growth of new business across the country. As a key member of the Enterprise Accounts team, the National Sales Manager’s success will be determined by their ability to achieve sales targets by generating a pipeline of qualified opportunities, taking direct ownership of advancing the opportunities through the stages of deal progression, negotiating & closing agreements, and facilitating the transition of closed-won deals to internal teammates in operations and/or the strategic accounts group for execution as part of a best-in-class customer experience.
In this role, you will guide and assist customers through a consultative sales process to develop a single-source solution that achieves their goals by leveraging our unified platform of capabilities where we collaborate nationally and execute locally in various scopes; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, energy, utility, and building automation. Candidates may note that while the primary focus is to utilize the capabilities of the in-house partner businesses of Crete United, this role has the opportunity to cross-sell any of the capabilities within the Energy Services group and supplement execution through our strategic subcontractor network to best serve the customer goals wherever local performance is needed. This role reports to the Vice President, Sales & Business Development (Enterprise Accounts). This is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management at this time.
