Position Purpose
Directs the implementation, continuous improvement, and monitoring of the District's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), student intervention and acceleration systems, and Summer Learning programs, ensuring coherent districtwide implementation aligned with Fort Worth ISD's strategic priorities and student achievement goals. Oversees districtwide systems that promote early identification of student needs, implementation of evidence-based interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring to improve student outcomes. Supervises staff to ensure consistent implementation, performance, and results across campuses through strong systems of accountability, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in education required, including:
At least 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience
At least 2 years of campus and/or central office leadership experience required (e.g., Dean, Assistant Principal, Principal, Instructional Coach, Coordinator, or Director)
Demonstrated and verifiable track record of improving student outcomes through intervention systems, instructional improvement efforts, accelerated learning initiatives, or campus improvement efforts required.
Experience leading MTSS, intervention systems, student support programs, Summer Learning, or related initiatives preferred.
Experience working with diverse student populations, particularly in a large urban school district, preferred.
