The Director of Kids OMNI Footwear at Walmart leads the strategic vision, merchandising, and growth of the kids' footwear business across both in-store and digital channels, ensuring a seamless omni-channel customer experience. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising , or related field and 5 years' experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area. OR 7 years' experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
