Prepare and support earnings materials, investor presentations, and external financial messaging. Develop clear, consistent, and compelling investor communications and disclosures. Help shape the company's investor narrative and positioning in the market.Capital MarketsSupport capital raising initiatives, financing transactions, and strategic financial projects. Prepare investor presentations, financing materials, due diligence responses, and data room content. Conduct capital markets research, including peer analysis, valuation benchmarking, and financing alternatives. Monitor debt and equity market conditions and provide insights regarding financing opportunities and risks.Public Company Readiness, Compliance & ReportingEnsure all external communications align with disclosure requirements and regulatory standards in preparation for public company transition. Support SEC reporting processes, disclosure controls, and governance initiatives. Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure accurate and consistent external communications. Support preparation of materials related to earnings releases, investor updates, and other public disclosures. Develop and implement investor relations and disclosure practices.Board & Executive SupportPrepare Board and Committee materials, dashboards, market updates, and investor-related reporting. Support executive presentations and strategic planning discussions. Provide market intelligence, investor feedback, shareholder insights, and competitive intelligence to management and the Board.
