Join Our Team as the Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center

We invite you to become a vital part of our Division of Gastroenterology at our organization, taking on the role of Director for the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Center. In this leadership position, you will guide a dedicated team of gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers who specialize in IBD, supported by a comprehensive group that includes a nurse navigator, an IBD clinic pharmacy team, and a research coordinator.

Your role will involve close collaboration with top Colorectal Surgeons, Dietitians, and Behavioral Health professionals. We can offer protected time for you to focus on research and administrative responsibilities, and we expect you to be actively involved in both research and academic initiatives.

About the Gastroenterology Department
  • Department Size: 18 physicians and 9 advanced practitioners
  • Patient Volume: 35,000 outpatients annually
  • Procedures: 20,000 procedures each year
  • Division Scope: IBD, Liver Disease and Liver Transplant, Advanced Endoscopy, Gastrointestinal Motility, Large Endoscopy Suite
  • Recognition: Many of our providers are acknowledged as leaders both nationally and locally in their specialties
Candidate Requirements

We are looking for an individual with exceptional clinical, leadership, and academic capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fellowship training in Gastroenterology
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Outstanding clinical and leadership abilities
  • A proven track record of effectively engaging with patients, families, and colleagues across medical, nursing, clinical, and administrative disciplines

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $425,000.00 USD and $550,000.00 USD annually. This range reflects the organization's good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at this time. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible considerations. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, which could include bonuses related to productivity and quality.
