Position Overview
The Director of ITS Integration will lead the planning and execution of IT integration efforts across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications for acquired entities. This role is responsible for building a standardized, scalable, and resilient integration framework that aligns with client's strategic objectives and synergy goals.
You will define the long-term vision for acquisition integration, balancing speed, risk, and business continuity, while serving as a subject matter expert in M&A integration methodologies and enterprise platforms. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, close collaboration with business units and local operating companies, and active participation in shaping national IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities
" Lead end-to-end IT integration workstreams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications
" Develop and execute integration strategies aligned with business objectives, including due diligence, TSA planning and exit, and transition to steady-state operations
" Serve as the primary liaison for local operating companies, ensuring Day 1 readiness and successful execution of Day 30/60/100/180 milestones and hypercare support
" Provide on-the-ground leadership presence in Texas for the client's ITS leadership team
" Establish and enforce integration standards, playbooks, and governance frameworks, including go/no-go criteria and TSA exit readiness
" Manage integration budgets, including one-time costs, TSA expenses, and synergy tracking
" Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and system integrator engagements related to integration activities
" Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR/CCPA, NIST), and continuously improve IT controls and policies
" Partner with Technology Strategy, Cybersecurity, HR, and Communications to drive change management, training, and adoption
" Promote innovative, automation-first integration approaches based on evolving M&A best practices
" Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards
" Maintain strong project governance, including risk/issue management and decision tracking
" Contribute to business cases and rate cases for IT investments and synergy realization
" Apply industry frameworks such as ITIL 4, Agile/SAFe, PMI, and COBIT to drive delivery excellence
" Support critical cutovers and milestones, including occasional evening/weekend work
" Travel to operating companies as needed (up to less than 40%)

Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 15+ years in IT leadership, program management, M&A integration, or large-scale transformation initiatives
" Proven experience leading IT integrations, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, TSA management, identity and access integration, data migration, and application rationalization
" Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including cloud platforms, networking, identity systems, and business applications
" Experience in regulated industries or critical infrastructure environments preferred
" Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in complex integration environments
" Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
" Excellent program and project management capabilities across multiple concurrent workstreams
" Effective communicator, able to translate technical concepts into business impact for executive and non-technical stakeholders
" Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with integration methodologies and emerging technologies
" Relevant certifications as required or directed
