Here, your performance has purpose.What You Will Be DoingThe Director, Inside Sales for Titleist is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the vision for our Inside Sales function, driving incremental revenue growth while fostering a culture grounded in Acushnet and Titleist values. Based in Fairhaven, MA—with flexibility for the role to also be located in Carlsbad, CA—this leader will oversee a high‑performing team of 16 Inside Sales Representatives across both locations. They will elevate performance through coaching, skills development, and data‑driven sales strategies across inbound and outbound channels. Partnering closely with sales leadership, this individual will analyze performance, deliver actionable insights, and translate analytics into growth initiatives.
