Title: Ag Equipment Operator
Dates of Contract: Oct 01, 2025 to Feb 01, 2026

Schedule: 12 hours a day Mon to Sat 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.
Duties: Operate stationary equipment such as dryer, cleaner, gin stand, lint cleaner, bale press to perform post-harvest tasks such as ginning; record weights and other identifying information including weight of bale and seed; manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery; drive telehandler to load modules on feeder; drive yard truck to move modules; guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines; observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions; drive pickup to obtain parts and supplies; daily upkeep and cleaning of equipment while ginning; during times of peak need and depending on weather or crop conditions, hours requested may increase; work at day/night may be requested; employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath.
Requirements: Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
Pay: 15.79
-FLSA exempt: no overtime paid
