· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
· 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a Union environment (preferred)
· Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or service-based industries strongly preferred
· Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
· Lead and manage all HR functions across the organization
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
· Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
· Support supervisors and managers with employee relations and performance management
· Administer compensation, benefits, policies, and employee programs
· Drive training, leadership development, and workplace culture initiatives
· Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and personnel records
