Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Director of Human Resources on behalf of our client, a healthcare organization. This position plays a strategic leadership role within a healthcare organization, partnering closely with the VP of Human Resources to drive HR initiatives that support employee development, engagement, and retention. This role leads a team of HR professionals, provides guidance to leadership, and ensures the effective implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive, supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to HR team members
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives
  • Advise managers and leadership on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
  • Oversee and enhance performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems
  • Manage leave of absence processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee development, retention, and career pathway creation
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to support a collaborative culture
  • Drive HR-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements include:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources management
  • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Certifications:
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred but not required
Knowledge:
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, including performance management and employee relations
  • Familiarity with leave of absence policies and compliance requirements
