The Director, Human Resources - Global Operations is the strategic HR leader supporting Global Supply Chain, Engineering, and Strategy teams, as well as providing direct HR leadership for the Lakewood and Littleton manufacturing sites. This role also oversees HR talent supporting factory operations in Costa Rica and Larne, ensuring globally aligned, locally relevant HR partnership across all operational locations.
This is an onsite role based in Lakewood, Colorado, requiring regular presence in the Littleton facility and close engagement with manufacturing teams on the floor. The Director leads a distributed team of HRBPs and must bring a proven track record of managing, developing, and elevating HR talent in complex, fast‑paced operational environments.
Reporting to the VP, Global HR Business Partners, this role is accountable for designing, aligning, and executing the People Strategy that enables associate engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes that advance Terumo BCT's operational and enterprise objectives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Target Pay Range: $188,500.00 to $235,700.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 30.0%
