As Director of Finance, Integrated Supply Chain here at Solstice, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategies and enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, making a significant impact on the organization''s performance.
You will report directly to our Senior Director Finance Integrated Supply Chain, and you will work on-site out of our Geismer, LA location.
You will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and optimizing supply chain operations. By providing financial guidance and support, you will contribute to improving business performance and profitability. Your strategic decision-making and financial analysis skills will help identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements within the supply chain. This will result in increased cost efficiency and enhanced overall supply chain effectiveness.

PAY RANGE
The annual base salary range for this position is $168,925 - $211,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate''s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
