The Director of Facilities Engineering oversees the engineering functions across research, manufacturing, and office facilities within the Global Operations & Real Estate department.

  • Leads teams in project engineering, GMP site engineering, and advanced manufacturing engineering, ensuring performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develops engineering processes, facility design standards, and sustainability initiatives, supporting capital projects from design through commissioning.
  • Manages regulatory compliance, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement and energy reduction efforts.
  • Provides engineering leadership for facility operations, system integrity, and documentation management.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, supervisory skills, and expertise in GMP environments, regulatory standards, and engineering tools.
    The role is on-site, with a salary range of $186,400 - $279,600, including bonus and benefits.
