We are seeking a Director, Enterprise Payments Strategy & Partnerships to lead payments coordination and strategic partnerships across our diverse business units.
In this role, you will serve as the enterprise-level point for payments, ensuring alignment, cost optimization, and KPI tracking, while managing relationships with payment processors, networks, and fintech partners.
You will lead negotiations, develop business cases, and oversee deal processes from RFPs to post-launch management. The position requires 10-14 years in payments or fintech, strong negotiation skills, and experience operating across complex organizations.
This role is vital for maximizing the value of our payment ecosystem, impacting all customer transactions and revenue streams. Salary range is $215,000-$230,000 USD, with additional incentives.
