Seeking a Director, Enterprise Account Management to lead and grow a strategic customer portfolio.
Responsibilities include
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Managers
• Driving retention, expansion, and revenue growth through account strategies
• Building strong executive relationships and aligning solutions with client goals
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Implementing scalable processes and utilizing data analytics for decision-making
• Managing performance metrics and fostering a customer-centric culture
Requirements include
• 8-12+ years in account management or sales, with 3-5+ years leading enterprise teams
• Proven success in retention and growth within large accounts
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in SaaS or data-driven solutions is preferred
This is a remote role within the U.S. with ~25% travel. The position reports to the VP of Enterprise Sales.
