The Director, eCommerce will lead day-to-day store operations while elevating the overall performance, execution quality, and customer experience across artist webstores and e-commerce campaigns. This role blends hands-on store management with team leadership, ensuring products, launches, promotions, inventory, and site updates are executed accurately, on time, and in line with business priorities.
The Director will manage a small team responsible for store execution, campaign support, product setup, site merchandising, and operational follow-through. This person will set clear priorities, coach team members, improve ways of working, and partner closely with marketing, creative, inventory, fulfillment, and vendor teams to deliver seamless campaigns and product launches.
Success in this role requires a practical operator who can stay close to the details while also building scalable processes, translating performance data into action, and helping the team deliver exceptional online shopping experiences for fans.
6+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or store operations; music, entertainment, fashion, or consumer products experience is a plus.
2+ years of people management experience, or demonstrated ability to lead and coach a small team through fast-moving operational priorities.
Strong hands-on understanding of Shopify, product setup, site merchandising, promotional planning, inventory coordination, and end-to-end launch execution.
