About the Role:
We seek an experienced Director to lead our early childhood education center, overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring licensing compliance, and fostering strong family relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth center functioning
- Maintain compliance with licensing and safety regulations
- Support staff development and conduct classroom observations
- Handle staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and parent communication
- Oversee documentation, inspections, and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years leadership in Early Childhood Education
- Knowledge of licensing requirements
- Experience in staff supervision and program management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
