Thomaston Public Schools is seeking a knowledgeable, collaborative, and experienced educational leader to serve as the districts Director of Pupil Personnel Services (Job Description).

• This administrative position provides districtwide leadership for pupil personnel services, with a primary focus on special education programs, services, compliance, and related supports. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving as the districts Title IX Coordinator, Transition Coordinator, and grant writer/manager.

Candidates must hold, or be eligible for, appropriate State of Connecticut certification, including Intermediate Administration or Supervision certification (#092), and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

In accordance with the Professional Agreement between the Thomaston Board of Education and the Thomaston School Administrator Association (attached), this position offers a base salary range of $139,970-$164,671 (per experience), along with applicable stipends and fringe benefits.

• The work year is 220 days from July 1 through June 30.
