Responsibilities for this director role include managing a portfolio of target accounts, driving top-down sales, and reviewing monthly pipeline activities. The incumbent will exceed performance indicators like executive meetings, cross-selling opportunities, internship placements, and revenue generation. The director is expected to attend networking events, create compelling proposals showcasing past successes, and oversee client logistics. Maintaining relationships with industry leaders and strategic partners, while engaging C-level executives in various settings, is also essential. Ideal candidates should possess at least 10 years of professional experience in strategic account management or sales geared towards enterprise-level accounts. They should demonstrate success in generating leads, closing deals, and managing significant sales targets.
