Role summary:
The Director, Controllership provides strategic leadership in financial analysis, accounting and reporting to support business objectives. This role leads the oversight of financial accounting flows and processes , assists in inventory reporting and provides business support to the Supply Chain organization to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information. The Director collaborates cross-functionally to drive process improvements, supports business planning, and engages in a collaborative, high-performing team environment. By leveraging financial insights and operational expertise, this position contributes to informed decision-making and sustainable business growth within a dynamic and evolving environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
