Wynn Design & Development (WDD) is responsible for creating the designs that are known as the Wynn "look". WDD encompasses: Construction, Design, Warehouse and Architecture.

Conducts comprehensive analysis and audit of all WDD financial records; prepares sophisticated forecasting and year-over-year revenue and expense reporting

Ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and rigor of all departmental policies, procedures, records, and reporting
Maintains vigilant oversight of departmental activities to ensure full compliance with all internal policies, federal and state regulations, and property-wide controls
Develops and administers a sophisticated departmental operating budget with robust financial controls; directs financial planning, forecasting, labor management, and payroll administration
Cultivates and sustains exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction across the property
Directs all recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives; fosters a culture of professional development, constructive feedback, and employee motivation
Remains informed of emerging industry developments and advances strategic recommendations to enhance departmental and organizational success
Manages multiple priorities with precision and consistently meets all deadlines
Cultivates positive, equitable, and ethical relationships with all team members, guests, and external partners
Establishes an inspiring, service-oriented culture and provides visionary leadership in developing employee engagement strategies, leadership development initiatives, and comprehensive communication programs
An advanced degree (Master''s) in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplines is required
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive accounting experience, with particular distinction in construction accounting within luxury hospitality or premium development environments
