Must have 10+ years of pharma/biotech experience, including clinical development leadership in oncology, with expertise in early/late-stage development and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities include creating development visions, integrating functional input, making strategic decisions, managing risks, and aligning resources.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred), strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills, and experience with regulatory processes and external collaborations.
