About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Director of Project-Based Housing to oversee clinical and administrative operations of multiple supportive housing programs across Los Angeles County. This leadership role manages Assistant Directors and Program Managers and ensures effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with housing authorities and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee housing support services and supervise clinical/administrative leaders
• Maintain compliance with grant and housing authority requirements
• Develop team training, lead meetings, and support staff licensure
• Address crisis situations, conduct quality assurance, and lead file audits
• Foster external partnerships and ensure timely program reporting and evaluations
• Support inclusive hiring practices and staff development

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or related field
• Significant experience with mental illness, homelessness, and harm reduction
• 4+ years of management experience (preferred)
• Clinical license in good standing (preferred)
• Strong leadership, documentation, and organizational skills
