Join Chick-fil-A Greenfield as we are looking for the perfect leader to fill our role of a Director. As a Director, you will have the opportunity to oversee a portion of an 8 million dollar business, lead people, and influence our community of Hancock County. This role would be overseeing a portion of our Operations (Kitchen, Front of House, etc.). You will work in a fun and fast-paced environment while learning skills for running a business, but even more importantly - leading your life. Responsibilities:

• Own/take charge of a portion of our business (FOH, BOH, Evenings or Days) - Based on desire & skill level
• Leading & Managing others
• Oversee the development of leaders in area of responsibility
• Able to oversee and achieve results of metrics for specified area of business (Food Cost, Labor, Guest Experience, etc.)
• Ability to lead & work in Operations of the business

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business/leadership experience (Restaurant experience preferred but not required)
• Bachelor degree or higher (preferred but not required)

• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, Initiate/ownership in all you do
