Director, Campaign Operations and Event Marketing (2026-47)
The Director, Campaign Operations and Event Marketing is responsible for the end-to-end execution of AAA-ICDR’s marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on events. This role owns the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
This is a hands-on role for a highly organized and detail-oriented marketer who can manage complex workflows, build campaigns across multiple channels, and ensure that all deliverables are executed with quality and precision. The ideal candidate combines strong campaign execution skills with the ability to manage stakeholders, enforce timelines, and maintain visibility across many moving parts.

Work Environment
Candidates must reside within 125 miles of NYHQ located in Downtown Manhattan, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $132,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the central point of coordination for campaign execution, managing inputs from Business Development, Content, Creative, and external partners.
- Partner with Business Development and internal stakeholders to define the “why” behind events, including goals, target audiences, and success metrics.
- Maintain clear visibility into campaign status using Monday.com, ensuring all stakeholders understand timelines, responsibilities, and progress.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, gaps, and risks.
Event Campaign Execution
- Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for events, from initial planning through post-event follow-up.
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned to campaign goals.
- Partner with Business Development / internal clients to translate event objectives into actionable marketing plans that achieve business objectives.
- Develop and manage event landing pages
Post-Event Follow-Up & Optimization
- Partner with Business Development to define clear post-event follow-up strategies, including lead handoff, outreach timing, and coordinated engagement plans.
- Execute post-event follow-up campaigns, including segmented communications for attendees and non-attendees.
- Support the development of nurture sequences to extend engagement beyond the event.
- Track and report on key campaign metrics such as registrations, attendance, and engagement.
- Conduct event post-mortems to collect feedback and drive ongoing improvement.
Creative & Content Coordination
- Partner with internal creative team and external creative agency to manage the development of all creative campaign assets, including email graphics, signage, print materials, and event collateral.
- Create event emails, developing compelling and differentiated cadence to drive interest and registrations
- Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution and/or event marketing.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Iterable or similar) and landing page/form tools (e.g., Digioh, PushPlanet).
- Strong understanding of email campaign best practices, including segmentation, sequencing, and performance optimization.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and confidently manage stakeholders.
- Experience in legal or professional services is a plus.
