Director, Business Insights and Strategy

In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution. You’ll dive deep into the business to identify meaningful opportunities across key areas—improving performance, increasing efficiency, and enabling scalable growth.

You won’t just recommend ideas - you’ll help operationalize them. Connecting data, insights, and teams to drive measurable impact across the organization.

This is a high-visibility role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

What You Bring:  

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, analytics, or consulting.
• Demonstrated success executing strategy that drives measurable results.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.

This role is onsite and based out of our headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
