company's 3–5-year growth strategy.
Evaluate opportunities across all operating companies, ensuring alignment with
culture, capacity, and long-term objectives.
Help leadership prioritize where to grow-and where not to grow.
Sales & Marketing Leadership Across Companies
Provide leadership and direction to sales and marketing functions while
respecting the unique needs of each business.
Create alignment around messaging, branding, and market positioning without
forcing a "one-size-fits-all" approach.
