Partner with ownership and senior leadership to help shape and execute the
company's 3–5-year growth strategy.
Evaluate opportunities across all operating companies, ensuring alignment with
culture, capacity, and long-term objectives.
Help leadership prioritize where to grow-and where not to grow.
Sales & Marketing Leadership Across Companies
Provide leadership and direction to sales and marketing functions while
respecting the unique needs of each business.
Create alignment around messaging, branding, and market positioning without
forcing a "one-size-fits-all" approach.
The Director of Business Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for
guiding growth across the BEST Family of Companies, not just a single operation.
This leader will oversee sales and marketing efforts, partner with executive leadership
on 3–5-year planning, and help ensure growth decisions align with our values,
capabilities, and long-term goals.
