    Job Summary:
    Kiddie Academy is looking for a dynamic and organized leader to join our Murrieta location as a Front Admin Team member. This position is responsible for managing administrative responsibilities, communicating with customers, and providing excellent service to ensure our mission of quality education and safety as part of the existing team. 

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Responsibilities:
    - Supervise day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of the school
    - Manage the front offices, including customer service responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, scheduling staff breaks, and coordinating school daily operations 
    - Accountable for enforcing safety protocols and adhering to state regulations
    - Research and develop innovative ways to engage with families, staff and children
    - Create and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with parents and families
    - Process customer inquiries and payments

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree in business or early education-related field ( or related experience)
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supervising teams
    - Proven success in customer service and problem solving
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
    - Knowledgeable in safety protocols
