POSITION: (FT) - Director, Academic and Bar Success and Professor of Legal Practice
Summary: The Wilmington University Farnan School of Law invites applications for a Director of Academic and Bar Success. The director is responsible for the design and execution of academic support programs for students in general, but specifically at-risk students and students on academic probation; implementation and communication of the bar success program through student workshops; and course lead for the bar success courses and teaching one or more sections as needed. This is a twelve-month position to support students from pre-orientation activities through preparation for the bar. The anticipated start date is October 1, 2026; however, it is flexible.

Administrative and Institutional Responsibilities
Hours of Employment: Generally, Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., depending on the needs of the department(s) and/or the University. The role will require both daytime and evening hours as necessary to support departmental operations. During academic terms, student services are available until 6:00 p.m., and final exam administration may extend as late as 9:15 p.m.
