The Westminster School District is announcing the opening for the position of Director, Expanded Learning. Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Educational Services or administrative designee, the Director, Expanded Learning Plans directs, manages, and provides leadership for activities and operations of the Expanded Learning Department. Coordinates programs and services with other departments within the Westminster School District, community, and government agencies. Coordinates Expanded Learning programs, including Extended School Program and fee-based programs.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Valid California Administrative Services Credential • Master's Degree or higher in Education, or related field • Minimum of five (5) years of successful administrative and/or leadership experience in a K-12 setting • Prepare and administer large and complex budgets; allocate limited resources in a cost effective manner. • Understand, interpret, and apply federal, state education, and administrative codes, policies, and procedures. • Plan, direct, and coordinate, with department staff, the Expanded Learning department work plan; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems; assign projects and programmatic areas of responsibility; review and evaluate work methods and procedures.
