We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide hands-on care and emotional support
•Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
•Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
•Support participation in community outings and recreational activities
•Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and errands as needed
•Follow individualized care plans and behavior support strategies
•Document incidents, concerns, and behavioral or health changes accurately
•Uphold individual rights, dignity, and privacy
•Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED required
•Valid driver’s license preferred for some positions
•Ability to assist and lift individuals as needed
•Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
•Experience in healthcare or human services is a plus —but not required
•Must pass background checks and medical clearance requirements
