Residential Supervisor – Second ShiftPay Rate: $25.00 – $26.92/hour (based on experience)New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (limited time only!)

Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program serving youth with trauma related complex behaviors. We are seeking a Residential Supervisor for second shift to provide leadership and support to direct care staff while fostering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for students.

 

Schedule Full Time: 

  • Wednesday–Friday: 1:00 PM–11:00 PM; Saturday: rotating shift (alternates weekly between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and 1:00 PM–11:00 PM).

Responsibilities

  • The Residential Supervisor is responsible for overseeing direct care staff and supporting students within a residential treatment setting. This role promotes consistency, structure, and therapeutic engagement while ensuring treatment goals and program expectations are upheld.
  • Supervise, lead, and guide direct care staff during assigned shifts
  • Support a therapeutic team focused on individualized treatment goals
  • Engage with students to promote a positive and healing community
  • Use treatment goals to support healthy life skills and normative child and adolescent development
  • Serve as a positive role model for students and staff
  • Ensure daily routines, safety standards, and program expectations are followed
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding student care and staff performance

Qualifications

Required

 

  • Minimum of two years of residential care experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including participation in CPI
  • physical restraint with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to successfully complete all required trainings, including Crisis Prevention Institute
