Winslow CSAP is intended to work with behavioral clients.
Residential Assistant are expected to have a unique sensitivity to recognize and appropriately respond to clients who may have evidenced difficulties.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Document client observations and behaviors. • Provide role modeling to adolescent population. • Teach and interact with clients. • Provide recreation and promote socialization skills. • Promote socialization skills. • Observation and documentation of success along with identifying current or suggesting new therapeutic goals which may require attention by the treatment team. • Carrying out expected interventions. • Keep accurate and timely records.
Requirements:
• Must have a valid drivers license. • H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. • Bachelor's degree with one year experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting. • High school diploma requires 1 year or more experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting.
Schedule:
• Weekdays or Weekends • Part time or On-Call shifts.
Winslow CSAP is a program of Youth Consultation Service (YCS), which is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at-risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ.
