At Seven Hills Community Services, we believe the people we support should have choice, voice, and control over their lives-and you'll play a key role in making that happen.
Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha's Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, except the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non-Franklin Street programs on Martha's Vineyard.
All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
